Tres Leches Cake

1/4 sheet yellow sponge cake soaked with a three milk mixture consisting of cream, evaporated milk and condensed milk, frosted with whipped topping. The same topping is used between the two layers. Assorted seasonal fruits decorate the top. This cake is popular in Mexico and South America. Muy delicioso!
