Fondant Wedding Cakes
We apply a thin covering of sugarpaste (often referred to as rolled fondant) over a buttercream frosted cake to achieve a satin smooth finish. A variety of shapes, sizes , colors and decorations can be combined to assemble a uniquely personal wedding cake. Styles range from simple and elegant to wildly fantastic. You are welcome to bring pictures and design ideas to discuss with our wedding cake consultant. Prices start at only $5.50 per serving for fondant designs. These designs are made for 50 or more guests. Pictured below are a few of our Fondant Designs starting at only $5.50 per serving.
HOW TO ORDER Please e-mail or call the bakery to schedule an appointment with our wedding consultant. Have your date, time and reception site reserved before you make your appointment in order to determine if we can make your cake. Most cakes are ordered 3 to 6 months in advance.
CAKE SAMPLES You may sample up to three cake flavors at no cost. Additional samples are available for purchase.
DELIVERY We deliver cakes starting at 150 servings. Delivery charge starts at $40 for the Clinton area. After 5pm, Sundays and holiday deliveries are an additional charge.

Cake Flavor You may mix and match the following flavors: Classic Yellow, Bridal White, Chocolate, Lemon, Almond, Rum, and Strawberry These cake flavors are $.50 per serving additional: Marble, Red Velvet, Applesauce Spice, Lemon Poppyseed and Almond Poppyseed These cake flavors are $1.00 per serving additional and the whole cake must be the same flavor: Vanilla Pound, Lemon Pound, Rum Pound, Almond Pound, Marble Pound, Banana Walnut, Carrot, Pink Champagne, Vanilla Chiffon, Lemon Chiffon, Orange Chiffon and Chocolate Chiffon
Fillings are $.50 per serving Lemon, Pineapple, Custard, Chocolate Buttercream, Raspberry, Black Raspberry, Bavarian Cream, Strawberry Jam, Strawberry-Pineapple, Cream Cheese, Carmel, Coconut, Coconut Pecan, and Guava Deluxe Fillings are $1.00 per serving Fresh Strawberries, Chocolate Mousse, Strawberry Mousse, and Lemon Mousse
Frosting Cakes are frosted in white buttercream and them covered with thinly rolled sugarpaste.
