Fondant Wedding Cakes

We apply a thin covering of sugarpaste (often referred to as rolled fondant) over a buttercream frosted cake to achieve a satin smooth finish.
A variety of shapes, sizes , colors and decorations can be combined to assemble a uniquely personal wedding cake. Styles range from simple and elegant to wildly fantastic. You are welcome to bring pictures and design ideas to discuss with our wedding cake consultant. Prices start at only $7.00 per serving for fondant designs.

WHEN TO ORDER: We ask that you place your order 2-3 months in advance; however, we can often accommodate last minute orders. Most cakes are ordered 3 to 6 months in advance.

CONSULTATION FOR PREMIER AND FONDANT WEDDING CAKES IS FREE** after you pay a $30 reservation fee to schedule the appointment. This $30 fee will be credited back on-line to the credit card holder within 5 business days after your consultation. Re-scheduling with less than 24 hours notice, or arriving late for your appointment will void any refund. You will be given a reference number for any cancelled appointments or changes. Have your date, time and reception site reserved before you make your appointment. Call or email the bakery to see if your wedding date and time are available before making your appointment. Appointments are booked for 30 minutes and are limited to two adults (no children). Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your appointment to allow time to taste the cake samples. Pay your $30 reservation fee and request the time you would like to schedule your appointment on-line and we will send you a confirmation of the appointment. Our wedding cake consultant is available for appointments on Wednesday and Friday from 12pm-4pm and Saturday 11:30am-1:30pm.

CAKE SAMPLES: The bride and groom may sample up to three cake flavors at their consultation. Additional samples may be ordered for $20.00 for a single layer 8” round cake.

DELIVERY: We deliver cakes starting at 150 servings. Delivery charge starts at $40. CAKE FLAVORS: You may mix and match the following flavors (subject to change without notice):
Classic Yellow, Chocolate, Lemon, Almond, Rum, and Strawberry
These cake flavors are $.50 per serving additional: Marble, Red Velvet, Applesauce Spice, Lemon Poppy Seed and Almond Poppy Seed
These cake flavors are $1.00 per serving additional and the whole cake must be the same flavor: Vanilla Pound, Lemon Pound, Rum Pound, Almond Pound, Marble Pound, Banana Walnut, Carrot, Vanilla Chiffon, Lemon Chiffon, Orange Chiffon and Chocolate Chiffon

FILLINGS: These fillings are $.50 per serving: Lemon, Pineapple, Custard, Chocolate Buttercream, Raspberry, Bavarian Cream, Strawberry Preserves, Strawberry-Pineapple, Carmel, Coconut, and Coconut Pecan.
Deluxe fillings are $1.00 per serving: Fresh Strawberries, Cream cheese frosting, Chocolate Mousse, Strawberry Mousse, and Lemon Mousse

Frosting
Cakes are frosted in white buttercream and them covered with thinly rolled sugarpaste.
